Finding the Property

Once you have contacted us and filled out the preliminary questionnaire which will give us an idea of your specifications and circumstances, we will . . .

• Methodically assess your needs and desires and factor in costs and timeframes - advise you on the most ideal location for your needs
• Strategically filter through all of the properties in the chosen area through a network of real estate agents and/or by private means
• Personally visit all properties and get insider information prior to your visit
• Send you a portfolio of potentially viable properties and keep you informed by email, fax, phone or post so that you have your ‘finger on the button’
• Arrange accommodations and pick-up from the airport for when you arrive in Madeira

Buying the Property

At this stage, we will . . .

• Exercise our significant bargaining power and be extremely helpful during the negotiation dealings (in your favour, naturally!)
• Immediately advise you of the gamut of legal requirements to be tackled and organize the necessary appointments and paperwork to complete the purchase once you have chosen a property, even acting as your representative if necessary
• Introduce you to English-speaking barristers who will be responsible for guiding you through the formalities of the promissory agreements, etc.
• Advise you on how to achieve maximum future returns
